Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including painting, light repairs, plumbing, and electrical work

• Support scheduled inspections and facility checks

• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment

• Perform minor outdoor maintenance tasks, such as lawn care and trimming

• Support emergency response efforts and be on-call as needed

• Coordinate with staff to complete maintenance work orders

• Keep equipment and tools organized and in good condition

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years general maintenance experience preferred

• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate maintenance equipment

• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude

• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed

• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
