Position Overview

 

We are seeking a skilled Infor Lawson HCM Analyst with solid experience in supporting U.S.-based healthcare customers, particularly within Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The ideal candidate should bring strong functional knowledge of Infor Lawson HCM, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in production support, issue resolution, enhancements, and end-user collaboration.

This is a night shift (U.S. Eastern Time) role based out of our Hyderabad office, and we are seeking immediate joiners who can seamlessly integrate into ongoing support operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Application Support & Issue Resolution

 

  • Provide daily L1/L2/L3 support for Infor Lawson HCM, including modules such as GHR, HR, Payroll, Time Entry, Benefits, Position Management, and related workflows.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, validate reported defects, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Analyze system problems, data errors, or integrations impacting HCM processes.

Client Interaction & Coordination

 

  • Collaborate closely with U.S. healthcare clients to understand business requirements, prioritize incidents, and deliver timely updates.
  • Lead requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and system demonstrations.
  • Provide clear communication across stakeholders regarding issue status, planned changes, and enhancements.

System Enhancements & Configuration

 

  • Support configuration changes, testing, and deployment of fixes, enhancements, and new features.
  • Assist with process optimization, data corrections, and system maintenance activities.
  • Validate integrations with payroll, finance, timekeeping, and other HR applications.

Documentation & Compliance

 

  • Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and end-user guides.
  • Ensure activities comply with healthcare data standards, including HIPAA and secure PHI handling.
  • Participate in UAT, regression testing, and change management activities.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

 

  • 3-8 years of experience supporting Infor Lawson HCM applications.
  • Hands-on experience with modules such as:

 

  • GHR / HR
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • Position Management
  • Time Entry / Timekeeping
  • Experience working directly with U.S. healthcare clients (must-have).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes in healthcare environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with U.S. stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and data issues independently.
  • Willingness to work night shift aligned with Eastern Time.

Preferred Skills

 

  • Knowledge of Infor Landmark, IPA/Workflow, or Process Automation.
  • Familiarity with integration tools, S3 modules, and security roles within Infor.
  • Experience with HR analytics, reporting (e.g., LBI), or position budgeting.
  • Exposure to project work, system upgrades, or environment migrations.
