What is a Patient Services Representative?  


A Patient Services Representative is known as the face of the clinic. This person usually sits at the front desk and greets patients as they walk in. Most of this position is patient facing, and includes many administrative tasks. Some of the included tasks are verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and updating patient information. 


What Qualifications do I need as a Patient Services Representative? 


A Patient Services Representative typically has reception, or front desk experience. The position doesn't require any specific education, or training, but Medical Office experience is preferred.
