LEGAL/Intellectual Property Legal Administrative Assistant
Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar P.C. is seeking a full-time experienced Intellectual Property Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Lehi, Utah office. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting a sophisticated legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of client correspondence regarding the status of patent and trademark matters;
- Oversee the processing and payment of invoices;
- Process new client and matter documentation, including matter intake, conflict checks, and preparation of engagement letters
Requirements:
- Some Intellectual Property legal experience is preferred;
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills are essential;
- The ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment;
- Ability to work independently, manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities and ongoing projects from inception to completion;
- Exceptional people, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic;
- MS Office Suite proficiency;

Exceptional organizational and time management skills are a necessity, as are careful attention to detail, the desire and ability to generate top-quality work product, and the ability to interact with attorneys and support staff in a professional manner.
