Job Description:Summary概述
项目期间：工厂施工期间现场值班、现场电气安全管理、电气仪表自动化设备安装监督和资料收集、参与项目调试。
生产期间：在保证安全和食品安全的前提下，熟练掌握并贯彻执行电气仪表自动化预防性维护工作，完成电气值班长和主管安排的工作，保障电气设备安全正常运行，同时，配合机械部门完成相应的维修工作。
Key Duties and Tasks主要职责
项目期间：
1. 负责全厂施工用电的安全、检查、监督并跟踪落实；并配合SHE部门完成项目的部分安全工作的落实；
2. 负责箱变的10kV高压电气操作；
3. 负责电气仪表自动化施工质量的监督；
4. 收集电气仪表自动化设备资料，并整理到公共盘；
5. 参与电气仪表自动化建设的阶段性验收；
6. 参与生产设备系统的调试、试运行等；
7. 总结调试电气仪表自动化设备的Tips，并每周进行分享；
8. 参加新设备新系统的保养维护等培训；
9. 跟进投入运行的设备及系统的运行反馈，必要时跟进供应商的整改等；
10. 不断提升电气专业的理论知识和技能水平；
11. 上级安排的其他工作；
生产期间：
1. 以LDC的价值观为指导，时刻铭记公司、维修电气仪表自动化部门和个人的目标；
2. 遵守和执行公司和部门的各项规章制度，遵守公司安全、食品安全、质量、环境政策和要求；
3. 具备“机械+电气是一家”的维修意识，开展各项维修工作；
4. 具备主动维修的意识，独立完成设备TPM；
5. 积极响应并配合生产人员，快速行动，服务生产；
6. 按照维修电气仪表自动化部门制定的工作流程执行日常和大修工作；
7. 做好基于SAP的预防性和预见性的维护保养，保障设备的安全性和运行可靠性，按照标准作业指导书，完成各项预防性和预测性维修检查工作， 记录检查发现项并及时反馈；
8. 掌握高低压电气设备、仪表阀门、变频器和PLC/DCS系统的维护和保养知识；
9. 对工厂常发易发的电仪设备故障， 提出合理化建议，并协助上级落实整改方案；
10. 每周完成一个OPL，并分享；
11. 积极学习各种电气仪表自动化知识，不断提升自己解决电气仪表自动化各种故障问题的能力；
12. 能够独立倒班，并及时处理电气仪表自动化设备故障，保障正常生产；
13. 对自己责任区的设备负责，负责自己责任区和工作现场环境卫生；
14. 上级安排的其他工作。
Education教育背景
中技或以上学历,电气自动化、机电一体化等相关专业
Experience工作经历
三年以上工厂高低压电气设备、仪器仪表设备和PLC/DCS自动化系统维护经验，有同类油厂工作经验优先。
Competency能力
1. SAP系统的预防性维护工作经验；
2. 熟悉工厂高低压电气设备、仪器仪表的安装调试、维修维护及故障分析；
3. 熟悉高低压电工基础理论、自动化系统控制原理和仪器仪表测量原理；
4. 掌握仪表、阀门、电机类设备的预防性和预测性维护；
5. 具备较强的安全意识，熟悉防爆区域的电气安全管理；
6. 深富团队合作精神；
7. 善于沟通；
8. 要求有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
