Role Purpose


AECC is experiencing significant growth in line with the timely changes for students and our university and college partners around the world. As we expand our global footprint, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Community Manager for AECC Indonesia (based in our Jakarta Office), who will be playing a vital role in assisting and helping students with the easy or hassle-free application or paperwork processing.


What Does This Opportunity Mean for You


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia materials.
  • Monitor and moderate social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster and nurture a strong online community, encouraging meaningful discussions, addressing concerns, and cultivating positive relationships with followers and fans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and communication strategies.
  • Track and analyze key metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports on social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media management, community building, and online marketing.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and relevant industry communities to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility.
  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels.

Skills and Attributes Required


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role, with a focus on social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple social media channels and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends is a plus.
  • Passion for building communities, engaging with followers, and staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
