Resumen

This position is responsible for overseeing cash management for Constellation’s Beer Operations structure.  The primary responsibilities include managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring effective use of cash resources across numerous entities & jurisdictions.  This position will also be responsible for maintaining and developing banking relationships including negotiating transaction banking fees to ensure a cost-efficient structure.  The role will work closely with the accounts payable, payroll, accounting, tax and finance teams to support overall organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades

1. Cash Management Operations: Oversee and lead the Beer Operations Cash Management team in day-to-day cash management operations including cash concentration, disbursements (accounts payable, taxes, payroll), and intercompany funding.
2. Transaction Processing: Ensure timely, efficient and accurate processing and accounting for all cash transactions.
3. Banking Relationships: Maintain and develop banking relationships to ensure continuity of the transactional banking operation while driving towards the most cost-efficient structure.
4. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to cash management. Identify and mitigate risks associated with cash operations.
5. Cross-Functional Initiatives: Act as the Treasury lead on cross-functional initiatives to drive improvements across Beer Operations.
6. Working Capital and Supply Chain Finance: Serve as the ambassador and subject-matter expert for the Beer Operations working capital improvement initiative and supply chain finance program.
7. Technology Improvements: Lead or participate in the implementation of treasury management systems and other technology solutions to enhance cash management processes.
8. Performance Reporting: Prepare reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Beer Operations cash management team. Provide strategic insights and process optimization recommendations based on the reporting.
9. Employee Savings Fund Management: Manage the savings funds account for employees.
