About the Role:

As an Administrative Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our business services department. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth flow of administrative processes and provide valuable insights to drive decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing reports, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis and report preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in the business services industry
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools
  • Familiarity with data visualization software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
