Job Description

Under the supervision of the Case Manager, the House Monitor is responsible for ensuring that the site and the clients are safe and secure at all times. This position monitors and documents client activities including but not limited to rounds, unit inspections, and new arrivals. House Monitors must adhere to Agency, Shelter Program, Department of Social Services (DSS), and the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) guidelines and requirements.
