What you´ll do

  • Operate equipment on packaging lines safely in accordance with instructions
  • Change over equipment for different sizes and flavors or products
  • Troubleshoot issues and make minor adjustments to equipment
  • Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
  • Operate a forklift to supply materials to packaging lines or move full pallets for shipping

What makes you a good fit

  • 1 to 2 years of current or recent work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Availability to work 1st shift (6:30am – 2:30 PM) schedule as well as regular weekend overtime shifts
  • Flexibility to rotate to different assignment areas as required
  • Previous team-based work experience preferred
  • Basic to intermediate computer and math skills
  • General mechanical aptitude
  • High school diploma or GED required

The hourly pay
range for this role is $21.10. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum
and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this
position at the time of posting.  This role is classified as non‑exempt,
and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,
and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may
be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of
compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a
comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will
depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,
certifications, and work location. This job posting is intended to comply with
