Regional Vice President – Southeast
We are a rapidly growing safety consulting and risk management firm serving construction and industrial clients, and we are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead and expand a key Southeastern market.
This role is responsible for overseeing regional operations, leading a team of safety professionals, and driving continued growth. You will partner closely with Business Development and executive leadership to expand market presence and deliver high-quality service.

What You'll Do
Own full P&L responsibility for the regional market
Lead overall operations, performance, and service delivery
Partner with Business Development to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Build and strengthen relationships with general contractors, developers, and industry partners
Lead, coach, and develop a team of safety professionals
Oversee hiring, staffing, performance management, and team development
Ensure high client satisfaction across all projects and engagements
Drive operational consistency, accountability, and financial performance
Identify opportunities for process improvement and service expansion
What We're Looking For
Senior leadership experience in construction, industrial services, or a related field
Strong P&L management and operational leadership experience
Proven ability to grow revenue and expand market presence
Background in construction safety, risk management, or related disciplines preferred
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong client relationship skills with contractors and developers
Leadership style that promotes accountability, performance, and team growth
Safety certifications (CHST, CSP, OSHA, etc.) are a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $140,000 – $150,000
