Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated seller who can build and maintain customer relationships and is able to sell Lenovo’s datacenter solutions to customers using a consultative approach. You will be reporting to the One Lenovo Enterprise Sales Manager and work in your role as Account Manager for Austria within a team consisting of Client Manager, PC Specialists and Inside Account Managers to support and grow Lenovo’s enterprise business.

You will be responsible for:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers, establishing relationships and securing contracts with customers - with a focus on datacenter solutions
Consulting with customers about business challenges and requirements, the resulting range of possible solutions and the benefits of each option
Driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales, leading the engagement but leveraging the Lenovo team
Developing mid-/long term territory plans to meet sales targets as well as account plans for strategic customers
Providing forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods based on the deal pipeline
Cultivating strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to our customers
Working with internal functions like technical sales teams, profit management, marketing or the delivery team
Providing feedback to Lenovo management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending our range of offerings

What will you bring:

A proven track record in successfully selling IT solutions
The ability to sell datacenter solutions consisting of servers, storage, software as well as professional services. As the datacenter specialist in the team, strong technical skills are a must
Right balance of listening to customers, requirements gathering and creating solutions
Understanding of the core technologies, industry trends, and workloads shaping the datacenter market, for example Virtualization, Cloud, Data Management and AI
Entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate and focused, and a can-do attitude with a high level of self-motivation
German on native speaker level, fluency in English
