What it’s like to be a Federated Client Service Representative

When our clients have a question, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards.

The most important characteristics for our CSR’s are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you’ll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues. 

We want your talent!

If you are great at: 

  • Customer Service

  • Handling high volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner

  • Assisting team members

  • Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information


If you have:

  • Post-Secondary education (College or University)

  • 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience

  • A valid OTL (Other Than Life) license, or are open to obtaining your OTL license

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Team-first mentality

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this contract role is $45,000 – $60,000, which reflects the expected base pay for the position. As this is a contract opportunity, compensation is limited to base pay only and does not include a Total Rewards package. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, we still encourage you to apply.
