Qnity is seeking a Sales Operations Sr.Specialist to further strengthen the company’s market‑leading position in the Advanced Display Materials Business. This role will play a pivotal part in accelerating business growth through strategic market insights, operational excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration.

The Sales Operations Sr. Specialist will support Qnity’s Advanced Display Materials Business by driving market intelligence, forecasting, marketing analytics, and sales enablement activities. This role requires a proactive and analytical professional who can translate insights into actionable recommendations that enhance business performance and support the commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Development

  • Fully understand market dynamics and identify new business opportunities.

  • Monitor customer project status and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.

  • Plan, prioritize, and report marketing and competitive intelligence activities.

Forecasting & Demand Planning

  • Lead the forecast process and demand planning activities.

  • Consolidate and input sales and marketing data for accurate pipeline visibility.

Sales & Marketing Enablement

  • Support the sales team with sales expansion tools, promotional materials, customer meeting preparation, and business/marketing analyses.

  • Provide detailed market and competitor activity reports to management.

  • Support business marketing activities including segmentation, product marketing, interactive marketing, pricing, branding, and direct marketing.

Market Research & Strategic Assessment

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research and competitive intelligence for key segments and applications.

  • Lead market assessment, segmentation, and development of value propositions for target segments.

  • Analyze and understand value chains, customer needs (VOC), market drivers, technology trends, and key opportunities.

Business Support & Documentation

  • Serve as a focal point for business‑related legal documents such as NDAs and other commercial agreements.

  • Proactive, initiative‑driven, with a positive attitude and strong sense of urgency.

Analytical Capability

  • Strong ability to gather data, structure information, and interpret insights effectively.

  • Ability to propose new scenarios, ideas, and alternatives to support business decisions.

  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Minitab is a plus.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment (Sales, Supply, Finance).

  • Demonstrated inclusive behavior and relationship‑building skills.

Communication Skills

  • Clear and impactful communicator with the ability to deliver succinct messages to diverse audiences.

  • Capable of summarizing key insights and communicating effectively at multiple organizational levels.

  • Advanced English and Korean communication skills (written and spoken).
