Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Facility and Equipment Upkeep: Regularly clean and maintain all company facilities and equipment to ensure a pristine and operational environment. This includes, but is not limited to service bays, and common areas.

  • Waste Management: Efficiently collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials throughout the premises, adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines.

  • Daily Maintenance: Proactively identify and address routine maintenance needs. Be prepared to perform a variety of duties as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a problem-solving approach to ensure the smooth operation of the company. This could include minor repairs, restocking supplies, or assisting other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: While prior experience in a maintenance role is preferred, it is not strictly required. We are committed to training the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

  • Key Skills: Possess a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed thoroughly and to a high standard. Strong time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks and effectively manage a diverse workload.
