Responsibilities
- Provide detailed consultations to understand each client's style and service goals
- Deliver high-quality haircutting, styling, and barber services efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Recommend and educate clients on professional retail products
- Follow all Minnesota state safety, sanitation, and cleaning regulations
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota cosmetology license or barber license required
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for the hair and grooming industry
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance as a stylist or barber
- Solid skills in short haircuts, clipper work, and foundational long-cut techniques
