Floyd's 99 Barbershop is hiring Licensed Stylists and Barbers who are passionate about hair, customer experience, and building a long-term career. Our busy Twin Cities locations include Chanhassen, Edina, Maple Grove, and the North Loop in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed consultations to understand each client's style and service goals
  • Deliver high-quality haircutting, styling, and barber services efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Recommend and educate clients on professional retail products
  • Follow all Minnesota state safety, sanitation, and cleaning regulations

Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota cosmetology license or barber license required
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for the hair and grooming industry
  • Desire to learn, grow, and advance as a stylist or barber
  • Solid skills in short haircuts, clipper work, and foundational long-cut techniques
