Regional Preschool Quality and Coaching Manager

If you are a high-performing early childhood leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and is driven to elevate classroom quality at scale—this role is for you. This is not a sit-back-and-support role. This is a field-based leadership position where you will directly influence teaching practices, coach adults in real time, and drive measurable improvements across multiple early learning centers supporting children’s development from infancy through pre-K.

Role Snapshot

  • Territory: Augusta, GA to TN
  • Travel: 80–90% (you are in centers most days)
  • Environment: Fast-paced, high-visibility, outcomes-driven
  • Leadership: Directly supports and develops Education Coaches

 What Your Work Actually Looks Like

  • You are in classrooms daily observing, coaching, modeling, and giving direct feedback
  • You hold coaches and center leaders accountable to instructional and quality standards
  • You move quickly between centers, priorities, and people—without losing focus or follow-through
  • ·You lead conversations that challenge thinking, shift practice, and improve outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $57,000–$64,000 (based on experience and impact level)
  • $7,200 annual car allowance
  • $1,200 annual phone allowance
  • Travel per diem
  • FREE childcare (up to 2 children)

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Driving measurable improvements in classroom quality and teacher practice
  • Coaching teachers and leaders with clarity, confidence, and consistency
  • Ensuring strong implementation of curriculum and developmentally appropriate practice
  • Preparing centers for ERS assessments and licensing success
  • Leading impactful, engaging professional development
  • Developing and strengthening a team of Education Coaches
  • Identifying gaps quickly and acting within scope, without needing direction
