YOUR MISSION
- Partner with Global GTM Merchandising and x-div Operations team to ensure a smooth & aligned Go-To-Market process
- Drive the operational process & milestones communication between Global GTM, Business Units and markets for key milestone meetings and the seasonal info packs (Presentations, Visual Line Plans, Flows, Calendars, Sell-in Tools etc.)
- Lead projects which aim to standardize and improve transparency, workflow and communication with the markets and BU's
- Take a leadership approach to ideating improvements and optimizations to the GTM processes
- Lead by example by executing all tasks and projects with attention to detail and a heightened level of excellence
- Provide business performance & FC reports for GTM/ BU across all product categories & key markets as needed to keep track of respective business development
- Demonstrate ownership for all communication with the areas for all GTM divisional related queries
- Contribute to & prepare the monthly newsletter & weekly updates content
- Maintain the different systems with range information such as tiering of initiatives & ISDs.
YOUR TALENT
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning (financial, demand, supply, merchandising) in mid-size organization
- Professional skills in Excel and Power BI are a must have; skills in SQL, macro programming and AI coding is a plus
- Good presentation skills
- Analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply experience and knowledge to provide creative solutions to problems
- Ability to multitask and evaluate multiple requests with multiple degrees of priority simultaneously
- Collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to follow through on projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
- Ability to execute processes and innovate to support Corporate Targets.
