Warehouse Associates are responsible for collectively working together with peers and managers to increase customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receive/store materials, as well as pick, pack, ship orders in a timely manner that meets or exceeds our customer expectations.nResponsibilities:nnOperate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies to supervisor or their designate.nPrepare and stage orders in appropriate area for delivery or customer pickup.nFollow all internal procedures or special instructions pertaining to preparation and staging of orders.nReceive materials from suppliers, as well as customer equipment by properly inspecting material against paperwork received with equipment or material.nPut away all materials and/or equipment in their properly designated locations in a timely manner.nCommunicate positively with fellow workers, supervisors, and customers.nResponsible for keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.nProcess returned materials and equipment according to internal procedures.nAdhere to all established company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.nPresent a neat and professional image at all times.nAssist in keeping facility secure.nMaintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.nOther duties as assigned.n
