Join VELUX as Senior Finance Business Partner – Region Southwest, a key role within Regional Finance with direct influence over regional leadership and strategic priorities.
Your responsibilities
You will join the Regional Finance organization, based in Morangis (Paris, Île-de-France), and report directly to the Regional Finance Director, member of the Global Finance Leadership team.
It is an exciting opportunity as you step into a high-impact role as our Senior Business Finance Partner for the Southwest Region, leading financial strategy and performance across six dynamic countries, with highest focus on France.
You will join a team of four highly motivated, collaborative, and supportive finance professionals who are passionate about making a difference and enjoy working together to deliver meaningful results. The Regional Finance team operates in a highly international setting where activities move quickly and there is a clear focus on impact, accountability, and continuous improvement.
You will become a trusted sparring partner to the Market Director by supporting and advising on operational and strategic decision-making, in pursuit of optimized performance in the market.
Specifically, your primary tasks will be to :
- Own and lead the end-to-end Gross-to-Net (G2N) across the region, with a focus for France, steering trade conditions and customer-specific agreements to directly enable sales growth, profitability, and drive analysis, strong governance, performance tracking, and improvement initiatives.
- Partner with the business to analyze variances, assess performance and operational cost, and communicate key metrics and messages across the region and to the Group.
- Drive the regional planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, including target setting, performance follow-up and variance analysis for the market.
- Develop, track and continuously improve Marketing and Commercial KPIs, in close partnership with Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Support with regional tasks across the other markets.

Your qualifications
You bring a solid combination of financial expertise, business understanding and leadership maturity. You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, and you enjoy being close to the business.
You are known for your ability to offer constructive feedback, communicate clearly and build trust across functions and cultures. You are curious, performance-driven and motivated by making a tangible difference.
Additionally, the candidate is expected to:
- Hold a Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Economics or a related field.
- Have extensive experience in Finance, FP&A or Business Finance roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Bring solid experience in business partnering, performance management and investment analysis.
- Be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and decision making.
- Be proficient in Excel, Power BI and financial planning tools.
- Be fluent in English and French in both written and spoken.
