SCHOOL NURSE - FIELD TRIP - 5/30/2026

Stipend rate per contract from end of school day to return to school.

 

Description: Chorus Field trip to Six Flags

 

Meet at LHS, bus leaves at 7:30 am and returns to LHS at 8:00 pm

 

School nurse will be responsible for:

Preparation prior to the field trip, obtaining medications including medication orders, providing and
documenting medications and treatments given, assessing students, and providing first aid.
First Aid Bag and student information will be provided by LHS Health services.
