Job Description

 

Role: FinnOne Expert 

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role purpose:

  • FinnOne Retail & Home Finance.

Key accountabilities of the role:

Responsibilities:

  • Independently Involved into Master Setup- For Product, For New Changes, New Rule, New Policy, Configuration, and Parameter Setup.
  • Independently Involved in All Masters Related changes for Retail Finance & Home Finance.
  • FinnOne Business Configurations for New Scheme Parameters.
  • Credit Policy Parameter configurations.
  • All Campaigns Setup.
  • DP Limit Management in FinnOne System.
  • System Changes Related to Policy.
  • Update Policy Deviation Rules and Parameter.
  • Communication Module Support (Contracts Generation & New Contract Configuration).
  • Fixing bugs.
  • Support for MIS Generation from BO.
  • Any Other Issues Related to FinnOne CAS System.
  • Home Finance – All Masters FinnOne System Configuration.
  • UAT Activity.
  • Individually Involved into BRD (Business Requirement Development) preparation as per the Credit Business requirement.
  • Implementation: New enhancements pertaining to business requirements testing from time to time, to be implemented in the software. 
  • Involved in End to End in FinnOne CAS (i.e.) like Sourcing, QDE/DDE, Dedupe, FIV, Underwriting, PDOC and DI stage. Once DI is finished, the complete case will flow to LMS and rest of the case will be completed by Operations team. In CAS system Credit Team will flow the case to PHOENIX.
  • In PHOENIX the case was completed as Disbursement process.
  • Production support for CAS, MASTERS and CUMMUNICATION MODULE. 
  • Manage oracle 10G & 11G Web logic application server like process checking, log checking, Instances restarting, application configuration, EAR deployment and as per CR deployment into the Production Environment.
  • Functional knowledge of the software thereby knowing the flow of Loan applications and the terms used. 

Results required:

  • Ensure all the Masters Related changes for Retail Finance & Home Finance SIT and UAT are done successfully in development environment.
  • Ensure proper UAT signoff document obtained from all the teams concerned.
  • After obtaining the UAT signoff document ensure properly deployed in live production environment.

Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:

  • Operating System: Windows95/98, Windows NT, Windows2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista.                                     
  • RDBMZ: Oracle 9i/11g, SQL Server
  • Concepts: SDLC, STLC 
  • Bug Tracking Tools: Bugzilla, TTP
  • Configuration mgmt. tool: Visual Source Safe 6.0
  • Domain Skills: Financial and Securities
