Putnam Elementary School is seeking a caring, flexible, and dependable individual to join our team as a Literacy Paraeducator. This part-time position supports students in developing essential reading and writing skills by providing small group and individual assistance, reinforcing classroom instruction, and encouraging a positive attitude toward literacy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to helping young learners succeed, collaborate closely with teachers, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment where all students can build confidence and grow as readers and writers. Putnam Elementary School offers a strong, collaborative culture of caring educators who leverage resources to nurture and challenge our students.
