Head of Marketing

Porsche Singapore is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Marketing (HoM) to lead the Marketing function and drive the brand’s positioning and commercial performance in Singapore. This role oversees marketing and communications, events and campaigns, Porsche Lifestyle Retail, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the in-house Customer Interaction Centre, and PR efforts across Porsche’s new and pre-owned cars, Porsche Lifestyle, and Aftersales.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen Porsche’s brand equity, enhance the customer experience, and support business growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, leadership qualities, and the ability to translate market insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and event calendar to support business objectives, strengthen Porsche’s brand equity, and drive customer engagement across all Porsche business lines in Singapore.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and prospecting activities for new cars, pre-owned cars, Aftersales, and Porsche Lifestyle to drive awareness, engagement, footfall, leads, and conversions.
- Manage and optimise the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, strong return on investment (ROI), and alignment with business priorities.
- Oversee media strategy and campaign performance across all channels, working closely with external agencies to ensure effective targeting, efficient media spend, and measurable impact.
- Govern the end-to-end customer journey and engagement strategy in close collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, CRM, and the Customer Interaction Centre. This includes defining customer touchpoints from prospecting through ownership and developing initiatives to enhance customer experience, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Lead the strategic development and performance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the in-house Customer Interaction Centre, leveraging data insights to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
- Own the customer communication and lifecycle engagement strategy, developing integrated contact plans across all lifecycle stages and channels (eDMs, SMS, direct mail, delivery programmes, and other customer touchpoints).
- Oversee the Porsche Studio experience and Porsche Lifestyle retail activations, ensuring brand-aligned execution, strong storytelling, and a distinctive brand experience for customers and visitors.
- Manage visual merchandising concepts, retail storytelling elements, and marketing assets (e.g., brochures, display vehicles, digital touchpoints) to enhance the customer journey, brand immersion, and commercial performance.
- Oversee the Porsche Lifestyle retail business (physical and online), including marketing planning, merchandising direction, and initiatives to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and profitability.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture while ensuring alignment with Porsche’s global and regional marketing strategies.
- Act as the key liaison with the importer marketing organisation and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation and successful campaign execution.
