Description

Job Summary:










Performs surveys, installation and service of Brunswick Bowling’s electronic products.  Conducts training and support of bowling center personal in operation and maintenance of Brunswick products.




 



Duties and Responsibilities:



(% increments must be no less than 5%)































% of Time Spent



Primary Duties & Responsibilities



10%



Performs surveys and briefs customer on responsibilities of both parties for upcoming installation.



60%



Performs installation start-up and debugging of electronic scoring equipment.   Performs computer network audits.



10%



Provides training to center personnel on maintenance of electronic scoring equipment.



10%



Performs service calls and phone support for equipment issues both in and out of warranty. 



10%



Communicate customer’s expectations, understandings and product needs along with acceptance and interpretations of sales programs, products, service and training offerings as a direct liaison to Marketing, R&D, Sales Management, Service & Training. 



Qualifications


Minimum Position Qualifications:



















Experience



& Requirements



 



Computer Skills: Working knowledge of various software programs such as MS Windows, MS Office products, internet usage and Lotus Notes. 



 



Electrical/Electronic Knowledge:  Working knowledge of principles of electrical and electronic basics and theories, working knowledge and troubleshooting basics of board replacement level. Working knowledge of computer network architecture and troubleshooting. 



 



General Knowledge: Bowling formats, bowling center operation and management, customer relations, support procedures, Time/expense management, telephone skills, effective problem solving.



 



Education Level



Associates Degree in Electronics or the equivalent in an Electronics Trade School.   Experience in servicing and installing electronic equipment is a plus.  



Travel



Travel will be 100% of the time to customer locations across US & Canada, infrequent international locations also.
