Business Process Analyst – Supply Chain


Location: Antara (Mexico City)


Role Summary


The Business Process Analyst, Supply Chain plays an integral role in implementing innovative Supply Chain applications for our Global Information Technology Organization, supporting North America, Latin America, and Hill’s Pet Nutrition. You will apply conceptual supply chain knowledge to implement solutions that satisfy business requirements while engaging with leadership and key users at global and regional levels. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the deployment of AI Agents and advanced planning platforms that drive operational efficiencies across the entire value chain.


 


Responsibilities




  • Drive digital transformation by spearheading the deployment of AI Agents (using platforms like Retool and Kinaxis) to automate workflows, optimize inventory parameters, and increase operational efficiency.




  • Partner with divisional and subsidiary supply chain organizations to understand business processes, capture requirements, and ensure IT solutions align with GIT strategies.




  • Govern and enhance the core concurrent planning platform, ensuring Kinaxis is fully leveraged for end-to-end demand and supply balancing.




  • Lead advanced finite scheduling and capacity planning initiatives using Planet Together to optimize shop floor execution and material flow.




  • Optimize outbound logistics performance by driving Transportation Load Optimization (TLO) processes utilizing 4Flow.




  • Manage complex GIT projects simultaneously while ensuring full compliance with GIT governance practices and maintaining effective team communication.




Required Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree.




  • 3+ years of experience in an IT role configuring and implementing planning solutions (e.g., Kinaxis, Logility, IBP, APO etc.).




  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to express technical concepts in business terms.




  • Demonstrated understanding of data integration patterns, including APIs and Middleware.




  • Proven ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies.




 


Preferred Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business.




  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.




  • Experience with advanced production scheduling software (Planet Together) and transportation management/TLO solutions (4Flow).




  • Experience deploying AI Agents in production environments.




  • A proven zeal for learning new technologies and applying AI/ML to solve supply chain constraints (aligned with LIFT principles).
