Are you a strategic dealmaker with a pulse on digital media and a passion for growing publisher ecosystems? We're seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial Senior Manager, Publisher Development to help shape the next frontier of advertising and media partnerships in the US.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Scout and engage high-potential digital publishers across verticals—mobile platforms, app developers, telcos, and media groups.

  • Architect win-win partnerships aligned with strategic monetization goals.

  • Drive end-to-end deal execution: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and long-term growth.

  • Build scalable systems and insights to track performance, satisfaction, and publisher success.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to unlock new revenue opportunities and develop tailored market strategies.

  • Represent the company at key industry events—networking, presenting, and contributing to thought leadership.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Proven track record closing high-value deals ($1M+ annually per publisher).

  • 3+ years working with digital publishers, ideally in the US market.

  • Strong understanding of monetization models, ad platforms, SDKs, APIs, and licensing frameworks.

  • Data-driven with the ability to build compelling narratives from insights and performance trends.

  • Experienced in team leadership or cross-market collaboration, with a focus on growth.
