All New Hires at the Willamette Valley Co – Eclectic Products, LA facility, to include a one-time $1,000.00 bonus for all new hires.

Summary:

This position requires that employee stand in a central location for long periods of time to operate and maintain machine. 

Primary Duties:

• Keep machine running continuously.  
• Make all necessary machine changes to accommodate the size of tubes being produced.
• Clean machine daily.
• Stay current and knowledgeable on piping system.
• Trouble-shoot any problems that may arise with the equipment.
• Perform set-up and change over on all filling machines.
• Make sure appropriate materials are in the right machines.
• Research and recommend product improvements
• Ability to demonstrate and learn the following levels 

Level 1

• Product Package Assembly
• Blister Seal / Alignment Inspection
• Container Inspection
• Date Code - Batch Number Processing
• Tube/Cartridge QC Inspection
• Scrap Separation & Documentation
• Cardboard Waste Disposal

Non-Essential Duties:

• Maintain clean and safe work space
• Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisor 

Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of six (6) months related experience and / or training in a manufacturing / production environment.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
