Service Advisor, Quincy, IL

Pay: $18-$22 - Pay based on an individual�s skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.

Hours of Work: Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. � 5:00 p.m.; with Saturday work required as business needs dictate

  • Be the first point of contact for customers�set the tone for a great experience
  • Write clear, accurate repair orders and provide estimates
  • Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
  • Keep customers informed with timely, honest updates
  • Manage workflow, billing, and service documentation
  • Help keep the shop running smoothly day-to-day

What We�re Looking For

  • Experience in truck, diesel, or automotive service
  • Strong communication and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems, parts, and repairs
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Valid driver�s license with a good driving record

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with service management software
  • Understanding of shop financials (labor, parts, billing)
