The CCMT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the Corporate Customer Maintenance Tool (CCMT), which provides an additional level to the customer hierarchy and enables a global view of customer entities. This role ensures accurate mapping, maintenance, and updating of customer data, supporting sales operations and global sales initiatives.

 

 

 

Key Tasks

  • Oversee daily integration of new customer parties from MDM/Business Center into CCMT.
  • Identify and map unmapped parties using the “Parties” tab, prioritizing those with high transaction volumes.
  • Confirm or update CCP Names based on system suggestions or manual selection, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Create new Corporate Customer Parties (CCP) when no fitting CCP Name exists, ensuring uniqueness and proper classification.
  • Maintain and update CCP attributes (Customer Cluster, Lead Region, Industry Solution, GAM/RKAM, RAM per Region) as requested by Global Sales.
  • Change Industry Solution Heads in the system when requested, confirming all changes.
  • Ensure all changes are saved and properly documented in the system.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales, Business Center, and other stakeholders to resolve data issues and support business needs.
  • Provide training and support to users of the CCMT as needed.

Educational Background / Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with master data management, customer data platforms, or similar enterprise tools.
  • Familiarity with logistics or global sales operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CRM systems, Excel).
  • 2+ years of experience in data management or business operations roles.
