Family Medicine Physician Job – Outpatient Primary Care

ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team in Gaffney, South Carolina. This full-time outpatient physician position offers an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician interested in community health, value-based care, and work-life balance.

ReGenesis Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing integrated primary care, behavioral health, dental care, pharmacy services, and community outreach across Upstate South Carolina.

Compensation & Physician Benefits

·         Competitive Family Medicine Physician salary up to $240,000

·         Quarterly quality-based incentive bonuses (not RVU-driven)

Family Medicine Physician Responsibilities

·         Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan

·         Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

·         Perform preventive care including annual wellness visits and health screenings

·         Develop patient-centered treatment plans

·         Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary care teams

·         Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging

·         Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants under collaborative agreements

·         Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

Requirements

Family Medicine Physician Qualifications

·         Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

·         Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency or Internal Medicine residency

·         Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician

·         Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility

·         Current BLS or CPR certification

Preferred Experience

·         Experience in community health or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

·         Experience working in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) settings

·         Experience using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems

·         Interest in underserved patient populations and community health
