Position Summary:
The Mandarin Chinese Teacher will teach Mandarin language arts courses across the lower and upper elementary(approximately grades K–5). The teacher will design and deliver rigorous, engaging lessons that build advanced reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, while supporting students’ character development and study habits.

Primary Responsibilities:
? Teach Chinese language courses for students in grades K–5, following school
curriculum and standards.
? Plan, prepare, and deliver daily lessons that emphasize reading comprehension,
analytical and creative writing, grammar, and vocabulary development.
? Differentiate instruction to support a range of abilities, including advanced
learners and multilingual students.
? Assign, review, and provide timely feedback on classwork, homework, projects,
and essays.
? Maintain clear classroom expectations and routines that support a safe, orderly,
and a respectful learning environment.
? Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress,
behavior, and academic expectations.
