📍 Location: 13450 Farmington Rd, Livonia, MI 48150

🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

🚀 The Role: Customer Service/Retail Associate

To support patients by assisting with the selection and purchase of medical supplies, while providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional environment. This includes processing transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring all orders are accurately generated with proper documentation and insurance verification.


🔍 What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a medical office setting

  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology and medical insurance processes is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of empathy and patience

  • Skilled with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software


🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet customers, assess their medical equipment needs, and recommend appropriate products.

  • Instruct patients and caregivers on the safe and proper use, care, and maintenance of their durable medical equipment.

  • Collect and verify patient demographics, prescriptions, and insurance information. 

  • Receive, unpack, build and stock merchandise. 

  • Keep the retail floor clean, organized, and visually appealing to ensure a safe environment for customers with limited mobility.
