Job Description

The Resource Coordinator Intern will support the Operations team in keeping project data accurate and up to date. You'll work with project management tools, help produce weekly reports, and contribute to improving internal processes. This is a great opportunity to gain real experience in professional services operations while working alongside a collaborative team.

Application Details: This is a 3-month internship expected to average 20-25 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $8-$10 USD per hour, depending on relevant experience. 

What You Will Do

  • New Project Setup & Project Tracking: Configure new projects in the system each week based on incoming project requests and ensure data is accurate
  • Weekly Reporting: Help build utilization and operations reports that track the firm's billable performance and forecasts
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas where workflows can be improved and support small improvement initiatives
  • Learning & Collaboration: Join team calls, ask questions, and get familiar with the firm's projects and people

Your Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and picking up new tools quickly
  • A clear communicator who follows through on tasks
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a professional environment
  • Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
