Direct Care Staff will provide
spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while also continually
supervising THRIVE students. Full time.
Responsibilities-Duties:
The 3rd shift Direct
Care staff is responsible to the Campus Manager and LEAD Staff
· Routine safety check; set alarm when needed
· Administer discipline as is necessary according to THRIVE policies
· Minister
to students as opportunity arises and/or during scheduled sessions
departments to comply with all COGNIA & TCUSA regulations
· All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Manager
Requirements
● shall be a person of
spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full
agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
● Knowledge of Christian
discipleship and mentor relationships
● High School Diploma or GED
● 30 hours of training in
childcare or related field (Provided by THRIVE)
● Maintain First Aid and CPR
certification (Certification training provided by THRIVE)
● At least 1 year full time
ministry experience
