Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Clinton Elementary School as a Special Education Paraprofessional. This full-time position involves supporting students with diverse learning needs and assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities
- Work with individual students or small groups to provide academic support and guidance
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and discipline as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or teacher

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent & Paraprofessional license (must have or be willing to obtain)
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
