Job Description

Miele Tehnica is a subsidiary of Miele & Cie. KG, Germany. We produce electronic components for a wide range of Miele appliances, such as washing machines, tumble dryers, vacuum cleaners, ovens and others. The products Miele offers to its customers set the standards for durability, performance, ease of use, energy efficiency, design and service products.

 

As a Senior Mobile Application Developer you will have the opportunity to work on top-of-the-range next generation products in an international environment. You will develop using state-of-the-art tools and work together with other engineers to create the interactive Miele@Mobile App.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Development of mobile apps based on storyboards or design concepts;
  • Test and documentation of deliverables;
  • Ensure that deliverables meet quality goals and time constraints;
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional, international, and multicultural teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in mobile development;
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem;
  • Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI (or Xamarin.Forms);
  • Solid understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture);
  • Experience with dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization in mobile apps;
  • Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile networking;
  • Familiarity with platform-specific concepts (Android/iOS lifecycle, UI guidelines);
  • Strong experience with Git and modern development workflows;
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • English proficiency (B2+), German is a plus.
