We are seeking an experienced cake/cookie decorator, or someone with an art background who is a fast learner. Applicant must have an outgoing personality, a positive attitude and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment. This position will require mastery of many duties, including (but not limited to) EXCELLENT customer service, POS, accurately taking and filling orders both in person and by phone, prepping and baking cookies and soft pretzels according to company protocols, working well with teammates, keeping food items and paper products stocked, maintaining a clean work environment, and other responsibilities as they arise. Pay rate is commensurate with experience and aptitude.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow directions from others.
• Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Ability to learn to decorate cookies and cookie cakes with buttercream frosting.
