Cochlear, the global leader in hearing implant technology, is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to help keep our new European Distribution Centre (EUDC) running at peak efficiency. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and customer experience across the EMEA region.

Full-time role: 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do
Receive inbound goods, check for damage, and verify documentation
Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and support replenishment for optimal efficiency
Pick and pack customer orders with precision—aiming for zero errors
Use handheld scanners and mobile devices for accurate picking and shipping
Follow Warehouse Standards and Quality Management System procedures
Collaborate with your team and other departments
Comply with all health and safety rules and procedures
About You
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism
Physically able to lift and move boxes as required
Accurate record-keeping skills
Working knowledge of English
