Key Objectives

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers regarding products, orders, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer questions via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding customer requests to ensure resolution.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
