The Role:The Lead Marketing Country Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales within a specific country or region. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts, as well as analyzing market trends to optimize marketing strategies.
Your Contribution:
- Define account-specific KPIs and manage external agencies to ensure a best-in-class and cost-effective execution of the required services.
- Manage local merchandisers, oversee quality of execution, and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
- Develop creative content and stories to engage with media, communities, and influencers.
- Drive cross-country collaboration, share best practices, and adapt successful activities for execution in other countries or channels.
- Define, manage, and control investments for partners, ensuring relevant ROI and success parameters.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of marketing experience in an IT or FMCG environment with a recognized A-brand company.
- Strong marketing planning experience and comprehensive understanding of the retail and e-tail market environment.
- Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Fluent in English, with Greek and Hebrew considered a plus.
- Solid presentation and negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key retail partners.
- Experience in building and leveraging content creation strategies and engaging with influencers.
