Who is Facilities Management Systems?
Facilities Management Systems (FMS) is a company of The Nutrition Group which operates the Custodial and Maintenance Management. FMS has been operating since 1986.
The Nutrition Group is a people oriented company that prides itself on the long term relationships we’ve established with clients, customers, employees, and vendors.
About the Job:
FMS has an open position of Maintenance Technician at a local K-12 School District.
Responsibilities may include:
- Daily routine maintenance of buildings, facilities and equipment repair
- Seasonal grounds keeping and snow removal and salt/ice melt application
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry and Electrical Experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
