This is a 3-day workweek (Friday–Sunday) with full-time hours—giving you four days off every week to recharge, spend time with family, or focus on what matters most to you.

Schedule




  • Friday – Sunday

  • 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Full-time hours in just 3 days

What You’ll Do




  • Keep our equipment running safely and efficiently through electrical and mechanical maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues—fast

  • Install and improve systems (switches, sensors, controls, and more)

  • Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades

  • Perform welding and light fabrication as needed

  • Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to get the job done

  • Train and support team members when needed

  • Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO

  • Operate forklifts (or become certified)

  • Support Safety, Quality, and Production goals across the facility
