Schedule: Days | Part-time | M-F, 20 hours/week
Salary range: $41.65- $58.78 per hour
- Comprehensive Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality direct patient care in strict alignment with organizational policies, evidence-based protocols, and safety standards.
- Patient Monitoring: Continuously assess, record, and communicate changes in patient status to the multidisciplinary team to ensure rapid response to clinical shifts.
- Care Plan Oversight: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting interventions based on ongoing assessment and patient outcomes.
- Discharge Planning: Proactively assess discharge needs from admission; collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe transition to home or post-acute care, including patient education and follow-up scheduling.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Drivers License credentialed from the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles preferred.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
