We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista at Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee truck. If you’re passionate about coffee and enjoy interacting with people, this role is for you!

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews, and more.

- Greet customers and take orders, providing friendly and efficient service.

- Operate coffee-making equipment, ensuring proper brewing techniques and quality standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.

- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift.

- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.

- Engage with customers, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

- Assist with setting up and closing down the coffee truck as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a barista or customer service role preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.

- Willingness to learn about coffee and different brewing methods.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
