Fieldpiece is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that bring hardware products with integrated firmware and software from concept through launch and into sustaining. What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end development and launch of complex hardware platforms and connected software ecosystems


• Manage multiple, interdependent project plans across hardware (EVT/DVT/PVT), firmware, and software (Agile/SDLC)


• Align diverse internal stakeholders and external partners, including ODMs and overseas manufacturers


• Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and negotiate trade-offs across scope, schedule, and resources


• Serve as a clear, credible communicator—mediating priorities, filtering noise, and driving decisions


• Implement and scale structured project governance (Gate Reviews, hybrid Agile/Waterfall workflows)


• Apply Lean / DBS principles to improve execution while preserving speed and flexibility


• Provide transparent, data-driven program updates to senior leadership
