Job Description:

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with HRBP exposure to help us build high-performing, impact-driven teams.

In this role, you will own and drive hiring for commercial and marketing functions, primarily for Immoweb.. In addition, you will act as a trusted partner to the business on selected people's topics beyond hiring.

Your mission is to deliver high-quality, bar-raising hires at speed, while contributing to broader people strategy and supporting leaders in building strong, scalable teams.

 

What you will do

Own hiring end-to-end

  • Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer

  • Lead hiring for commercial and marketing roles

  • Drive structured and efficient processes to ensure speed and quality

Build and manage talent pipelines

  • Run proactive sourcing strategies (market mapping, target companies, key profiles)

  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Benchmark salaries and stay close to market trends

Partner with the business (TA + HRBP scope)

  • Run weekly hiring governance with stakeholders

  • Align hiring priorities with business impact and team needs

  • Provide data-driven insights on talent supply, demand, and competition

  • Support people processes (e.g. onboarding, performance, development, retention) 

  • Act as a sounding board for managers on people-related challenges

Ensure quality & candidate experience

  • Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience

  • Protect and strengthen our employer brand

  • Lead structured, evidence-based interview debriefs

  • Challenge hiring decisions when needed to maintain a high bar

Qualifications:

What we’re looking for

  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with full ownership of end-to-end hiring

  • Proven track record of hiring Commercial and Marketing roles in competitive markets

  • Trilingual: fluent in French, Dutch, and English

  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and building proactive talent pipelines

  • A structured and evidence-based approach to hiring — you rely on signals and data, not intuition

  • Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and drive clear, high-quality hiring decisions

  • Strong sense of ownership — from defining the search strategy to closing the right candidate

  • Ability to move fast without compromising on quality or hiring standards

  • First experience or strong interest in HRBP topics
