Coordinator for Multilingual Summer Program

Dates: Preparation work to start immediately upon hire and on-site August 3 - 6 and August 10 - 13, 2026

 

Stipend: $5,000

 

This position is responsible for the overall preparation, organization, planning and implementation of the English Learner summer program. 

• Invite Multilingual Learners to the summer program; follow up on responses; organize and update student rosters; send reminders to families end of July. 


• Coordinate bus transportation.


• Oversee the daily operations to include: classroom assignments, resources, arrival and dismissal of students, student attendance, parent communication before and during the program, parent and staff program survey, and program conclusion.


• Organize a field trip when appropriate.


• Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and students, including translation services as needed.


• Follow safety procedures and written and verbal instructions.


• Other duties as needed.

 

ESL license required.
