Description

BlueForce Inc. is seeking experienced professionals for upcoming international assignments with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). As we prepare to bid on contracts supporting justice sector capacity-building projects overseas, we are actively recruiting qualified advisors with a minimum of 10 years of experience in specialized fields, including Anti-Corruption, Corrections, IT, K9, Logistics, Narcotics, Maritime, Police, Rule of Law, and Justice sectors. Additionally, we are looking for experts in Systems Administration, Budget Analysis, Financial Management, Construction Engineering, Leahy Vetting, and Program Management. Successful candidates will have demonstrated expertise in their area, ideally with experience in international or development-focused environments, and a commitment to strengthening global justice institutions.

General Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Assists by implementing projects and programs focused on your field of specialty.

  • Coordinates with other U.S. government agencies and government entities that interact with the program activities.

  • Advises on developing, planning, and implementing all program activities to include policy, training, and inter-ministerial and interagency coordination.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on the specialized field, to include policy analysis and program guidance on issues such as program progress, budgeting, development of host country capacities.

  • Provides briefs, presentations, and/or reports on programmatic progress in Spanish and English as required. 


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:




  • Years of specialized experience criteria:


    • Advisor IV          15+ years of experience in specialized field.

    • Advisor III          10+ – 15 years of experience in specialized field.

    • Advisor II           5+ – 10 years of experience in specialized field.

    • Advisor I            6 months – 5 years of experience in specialized field.



  • US National, Local National and/or Third Country Nationals.

  • Active clearance, MRPT, or RSO vetting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, law, logistics, compliance, international relations, public policy or related field.

  • FSI level 4/4 Spanish; FSI level 3/3 English.



 



Preferred Qualifications 




  • Master’s degree from an accredited university. 

  • Experience working and/or coordinating with other relevant U.S. government agencies (e.g., Department of Justice, USAID, etc.), the United Nations, and host nation entities.
