Current 2025-26 Salary ranges: $67,700--79161
Salary will be negotiable.
 2025-26 Compensation plan is attached. 

2026-27 Compensation is posted after June 2026.

Education/Certification: 
Master's degree in educational administration 
Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate 
Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD) 
Special Knowledge/Skills: 
Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction 
Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness 
Ability to manage budget and personnel 
Ability to implement policy and procedures 
Ability to interpret data 
Excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills 
Experience: 
2 years experience as a classroom teacher 
 1 year experience in instructional leadership roles, preferred
